Technical Service Representative

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Sus tareas:

Work as part of a Sales teamwork, and with the Laboratory Technical support about new test methods and changes of the technologies of products that needs to be test internally.

Support in the design and realization of laboratory test evaluating our products with base to the different

Do regular visit to customers to inspect that the Lord products are working as is recommended

Create value with the customer using their knowledge and use the LPOP process to help the customer to improve their process

Maintain and grow the current business by implementing business tactics defined by Sales Managers.

Support to build a robust sales pipeline that support to achieve AOP business goals for the sales area.

Develop and perform training to new employees and Customers in Lord facility or Customers Locations

Use test the methods utilized for Lord corporation

Su perfil breve:

Chemical Engineering... Degree

Understanding of Chemical Specialties Industry

Experience in adhesive and rubber (product applications and specifications)

Laboratory experience on physical, mechanical, and chemical test

ISO 9000 & TS 16949 Knowledge

Strong problem-solving capability
