The position
Provide operational and administrative assistance to Regional Animal Health team.

Tasks & responsibilities
• Assist the team with the needs of the business and with the administrative requirements thereof.
• Coordinate meetings and corporate and regional events.
• Collaborate in the implementation of business projects.
• Perform administrative operations regarding expenses cost center.
• Act proactively, cost-efficiently, engaging with all areas of the Animal Health business (Marketing, Go To Market, Market... Access).
• Understanding of company and principles, policies and procedures.

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree.
• More than 3 years of experience in similar roles (high exposure).
• Advanced level of english.
• High attention to detail, with a sense of urgency and high level of accuracy (desirable).
• Proven experience or relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders (desirable).
• Proven experience of being able to present to small groups (desirable)
• Proven experience of organization and logistic with different areas (desirable).
