Regional Operations Director/Manager (Rosario, Santa Fe, onsite)

The Regional Operations Director/Manager will oversee all business operations in Argentina. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this individual will provide strategic, operational, and tactical direction, as well... as leadership and oversight to the Flexiti team in Argentina. This role will focus on ensuring business strategies, plans, and initiatives are successfully delivered on in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies and procedures, and in partnership with the wider Flexiti business strategy.

What you will be doing:
• Working with the functional leaders, and the HR business partner, to achieve an exceptional culture of trust, accountability and quality including strategy and organization of general meetings and group gatherings.
• Work with the functional leaders and HR to establish and implement corporate policies that address the business needs in Argentina.
• Provides leadership to motivate and develop team performance by fostering and developing a strong, positive team environment, facilitating innovation, and ensuring a high degree of engagement.
• Act at the go to person for employees in the Argentina office and as the final escalation point within the country
• Maintain and nurture a close, collaborative working relationship with other departments and all external vendors and partners including banks, lawyers and service providers.
• Work with the finance and accounting teams to manage invoices, payments of third party, and contractors.
• Manage the office strategy including equipment, logistics, office lease, space allocation, landlord relationship, and more.
• In charge of facilities management of Rosario office (goodies, cleaning service, internet vendors, other vendors, etc)
• Manage the provision of company cards.
• Organize social/team building events
• Manage the provision of employee’s gifts/awards/onboarding materials
• Perform other duties as required

What you should have:
• 10 or more years of progressive experience in a business management, operations or facilities management role in nearshore companies (mandatory).
• Entrepreneurial spirit– take ownership in identifying improvements and solutions.
• Excellent communications skills – Advanced level of English (mandatory)
• Strong leadership abilities – possess an inclusive leadership style; with a solutions-based approach and ability to coach all individuals at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to negotiate and commensurate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• An understanding of the importance of employee engagement.
• Ability to work in a high functioning, extremely dynamic team environment.
• Knowledge of accounting process/practice.
