Job Purpose and Impact

The Project Manager will help design, communicate and implement an operational plan to complete an engineering-based and IT projects. We seek a professional who will monitor progress and performance of the project plan, taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

Key Accountabilities
• Participate in monitoring performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
• Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
• Contribute to planning, monitoring and managing internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Regularly measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Proactive, high level of coordination and communication skills
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree... in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of related work experience in IT projects
• Advanced English level B2+
• Proficiency in Office (Excel strong abilities)
• Experience in Project Environment

Preferred
• Intermediate Portuguese level
• Exposure to tools such as MyPPM / Clarizen / Azure /Jira
• CSM/CSPO/PMP Certification
