The Product Management team is responsible for creating the best experience for our potential and current students with the goal of maximizing our enrollment, engegament and retention rates. In order to achieve this, we have a growth mindset and we use data as our main driver for decision making. Your goal will be to understand in depth the needs of our Sales and Student Support agents in order to create tools to allow them to provide an excellent service to our clients. You’ll also have to develop a thorough understanding of our users and students to balance their needs and preferences with our operational efficiency. In this context, you will be responsible for the development of Sales Force and other tools that enable the interaction between our agents and our users. You will also have the chance to design and implement our chat bot experience for commercial and support purposes. To achieve this, you’ll focus on research, analysis and insight recollection, and you’ll use your... creativity to propose new initiatives. What you will be doing Track core business metrics related to student acquisition and support Generate reports and analyses in order to identify feature opportunities Identify user usage patterns to improve journeys Understand how user interactions translate to insights that help shape the strategy and development of our products Identify unmet customer and agents needs through research, data analysis, and user experience analysis and testing Work with our UX and Tech teams to build new features and improve existing ones Work closely with our Sales and Student Services teams to help them achieve excellence and meet business goals Requirements Education: Degrees in Business, Economics or Engineering are preferred. 5+ years of relevant work experience. 2+ years of experience in Product Management roles is strongly preferred. Experience implementing, deploying, customizing and/ or optimizing Sales Force. Experience working with Contact Centers is a plus. Direct experience working with chatbots is highly desirable.
