This position will be responsible for providing support to our drilling equipment and its users. It will be responsible for installing, supporting and providing maintenance for network servers, telecommunications equipment and satellite equipment as well as desktop and laptop computers.

Amongst the main responsibilities for this position are :

- Visits to drilling equipment for repair of equipment necessary for drilling : HMI, data loggers, UPS, satellite antenna.

- Provide technical support for software and hardware to users.

- Carry out the primary support of hardware, memory replacements, disk, network card, etc.

- Detect, analyze and correct deficiencies in information systems.

- Manage the warehouse and the inventory of the sector.

- Implement comprehensive solutions in the field of Biometrics / Video surveillance / Connectivity, etc.

Requirements :

- Graduates with Computer Engineering or Systems degrees.

... Knowledge of infrastructure in general : Servers / networking / support.

- Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory, Office, Windows and antivirus software, Citrix, SolarWinds, Carbon Black, Video surveillance y Access Controls, Ubiquiti

- Experience repairing equipment required for drilling. HMI, Data loggers, UPS, Satellite Antennas

- Jsa and tablets applications Support

- Rmaps and bridges support (Diagnose, configure).

- AvL Connections (contact ISP, wires, connections).

- Asset Hub Scanners (configuration and support).

- General knowledge in IP phones (preferably CISCO)

- Advanced English skills. (Required)

- Available to travel both locally and international.
