DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

Overall Position:

Act as IT technical point of contact during SF911 project implementation and support phases.

Assures LAN WAN IP traffic and logical configurations for connectivity of all IT core subsystems to customer´s network.

Technical Responsible for assurance of clean implementation in IT core related subsystems.

Supports customer activations and responsible for configuration adjustments as required for management acceptance testing.

Applies IT knowledge to the project team, supporting or interfacing with project manager and customer technical counterparts and vendors IT experts.

Ensures configurations meet customer expectations as well as industry and product standards. Responsible for accurate back-office system data record management.

Responsible for the logical configuration of network equipment (both Customer Premise and Network) via thorough routing concepts skill set including experience in SO Windows, Linux, BBDD, PBXs and... Networking.

Knowledge developed in SAECAD /SISEP Platform.

Knowledge in integrations:

CTI, radio, integrated subsystems in SAEcad/SISEP. Knowledge in Cisco, firewalls, DDBB, Servers, WAN, LAN, PCs platforms.

During the maintenance phase, provide onsite and remote support for involved software and the entire client/server network.

REQUISITOS

Background:

bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant IT experience in complex systems, are required for this position.

Able to communicate in English -oral and written
