**DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO** **Overall Position**: - Responsible for assisting on the structure design, specifications, characteristics, behavior, documentation, and other aspects of IT subsystems networking related to the overall SF911 ecosystem.
- Reporting dotted line into Eng. Leader Sr. during implementation phase and to Technical Support supervisor during maintenance phase.
- Responsible for assisting in finding the best IT tech solution to comply with the project.
- Responsible for assisting field resources and project management to assure clean implementation of all Core IT related to SF911 ecosystem.
- Responsible for assisting in defining features, phases, and solution requirements.
- Responsible for assisting on Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
- Responsible for assisting support teams with IT tech solutions to solve the Platform problems (Core IT) related to the overall SF911 ecosystem.

•... *Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field of study.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Database development and operations maintenance and support to complex systems.
- Oracle Database, SQL Server, High availability in DDBB. Oracle RMAN, ITIL Methodology. Linux OS.
- IT and Telecommunications technical background preferred. Ability to communicate in English language is an advantage. Experience.
Soft skills desirables:

- Negotiation Skills. Process Oriented. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical teams.
